Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set a weekly goal?

When you first open Cadence, you'll be prompted to set your weekly workout goal. You can change this anytime in the Settings tab.

Can I track different types of workouts?

Yes! Cadence lets you create custom workout types. You can categorize them as either Cardio or Strength, and add details for each one.

How do streaks work?

Your streak counts consecutive weeks where you've met your workout goal. If you set a goal of 4 workouts per week and hit it three weeks in a row, you'll have a 3-week streak.

How do I add the home screen widget?

Long-press on your home screen, tap the + button in the top corner, search for "Cadence", and choose either the small or medium widget size.

Is my data backed up?

Your data is stored locally on your device and is included in your iCloud or local device backups. We don't store any data on external servers.

Can I export my workout history?

This feature is planned for a future update. Stay tuned!
